Indikationen
Nosokomiale Pneumonie durch Staphylococcus aureus oder Streptococcus pneumoniae; komplizierte Hautinfektionen und Weichteilinfektionen durch Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes oder agalactiae (nach Sensibilitätsprüfung), bei Co-Infektion mit gramnegativen Erregern 2. Wahl; Vancomycin-resistente Enterococcus faecium-Infektionen.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über 30–120 Min.
>18 J.: 2×tgl. 600 mg; Therapiedauer: Pneumonie, Hautinfektionen, Weichteilinfektionen: 10–14 Tage (max. 28 Tage); Enterococcus faecium-Infektionen: 14–max. 28 Tage.
