Indikationen
Metastasiertes kastrationsrefraktäres Prostatakarzinom in Kombination mit Prednison oder Prednisolon bei früherer Docetaxel-Behandlung.
Kontraindikationen
Neutrophile <1500/mm3, schwere Leberinsuffizienz. Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 4 Mon. nach Therapie).
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. (mit In-Line-Filter 0,22 µm) über 1 h (Konzentration nach Erstverdünnung mit Lösungsmittel: 10 mg/ml, weitere Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% oder Glucose 5%, Endkonzentration: 0,1–0,26 mg/ml); Prämedikation «FI».
>18 J.: 25 mg/m2 alle 3 Wo. mit 10 mg tgl. Prednison oder Prednisolon in 1–2 Gaben.
