Indikationen
Therapie und Rezidivprophylaxe der Refluxösophagitis, symptomatischer gastroösophagealer Reflux, Eradikation von Helicobacter pylori (in Kombination mit 2 Antibiotika), NSAR bedingte Magenulzera, Prophylaxe von NSAR bedingten Magen-Darmulzera bei Risikopatienten, pathologische Hypersekretion (inkl. Zollinger-Ellison), Prophylaxe von erneuter Blutung bei blutendem Magen-Darmulkus nach Therapie mit Esomeprazol i.v.
Dosierung
>18 Jahre
Refluxösophagitis: 1×tgl. 40 mg während 4–8 Wo., Prophylaxe: 1×tgl. 20 mg.
Symptomatischer Reflux: 1×tgl. 20 mg, nach Symptombefreiung bei Bedarf 1×tgl. 20 mg.
NSAR bedingte Ulzera: Therapie der Magenulzera: 1×tgl. 40 mg während 4–8 Wo., Prophylaxe der Magen-Darmulzera (Risikopatienten): 1×tgl. 20 mg.
H. pylori: 2×tgl. 20 mg während 7 Tagen (Antibiotika «FI»).
Hypersekretion: initial 2×tgl. 40 mg, evtl. erhöhen bis 2×tgl. 80(–120) mg.
Prophylaxe von erneuter Blutung bei Magen-Darmulkus: nach i.v. Therapie: 1×tgl. 40 mg während 4 Wo.
12–18 Jahre
Refluxösophagitis: 1×tgl. 40 mg während 4–8 Wo., Prophylaxe: 1×tgl. 20 mg.
Symptomatischer Reflux: 1×tgl. 20 mg, nach Symptombefreiung bei Bedarf 1×tgl. 20 mg.
