REVOLADE Filmtabl 12.5 mg

Idiopathische thrombozytopenische Purpura nach Versagen anderer Therapieoptionen ab 18 J. und bei Diagnosestellung vor min. 6 Mon. ab 6 J.; Thrombozytopenie ab 18 J. bei chronischer Hepatitis C, falls sie eine Interferon-Therapie verunmöglicht; Zytopenie bei Patienten ab 18 J. mit erworbener schwerer aplastischer Anämie, die entweder refraktär oder stark vorbehandelt sind und für die eine hämatopoetische Stammzelltransplantation nicht in Frage kommt; Erstlinientherapie von erworbener schwerer aplastischer Anämie in Kombination mit einer Standardimmunsuppressionstherapie ab 6 J., wenn eine hämatopoetische Stammzelltransplantation nicht geeignet ist.

>6 J. nicht-asiatischer Abstammung: ≥27 kg: initial 1×tgl. 50 mg (<27 kg: initial 1×tgl. 37,5 mg), evtl. alle 2 Wo. um 25 mg erhöhen, max. 1×tgl. 75 mg.
>6 J. asiatischer Abstammung: initial 1×tgl. 25 mg, evtl. alle 2 Wo. um 25 mg erhöhen, max. 1×tgl. 75 mg.
Thrombozytopenie bei chronischer Hepatitis C
>18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 25 mg, evtl. alle 2 Wo. um 25 mg erhöhen, max. 1×tgl. 100 mg.
Refraktäre oder vorbehandelte schwere aplastische Anämie
>18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 50 mg (Patienten asiatischer Abstammung: initial 1×tgl. 25 mg), evtl. alle 2 Wo. um 25 mg erhöhen, max. 1×tgl. 150 mg.
Erstlinientherapie von schwerer aplastischer Anämie
>12 J. nicht-asiatischer Abstammung: initial 1×tgl. 150 mg während 6 Mon., max. 1×tgl. 150 mg.
>12 J. asiatischer Abstammung: initial 1×tgl. 75 mg während 6 Mon., max. 1×tgl. 75 mg.
6–12 J. nicht-asiatischer Abstammung: initial 1×tgl. 75 mg während 6 Mon., max. 1×tgl. 75 mg.
6–12 J. asiatischer Abstammung: initial 1×tgl. 37,5 mg während 6 Mon., max. 1×tgl. 37,5 mg.
