Monoklonale Antikörper
Indikationen
Aktiver, Autoantikörper-positiver systemischer Lupus erythematodes ab 18 J. in Kombination mit einer Basistherapie; Lupusnephritis ab 18 J. unter Standardtherapie.
Kontraindikationen
Fortpflanzung bei der Frau (bis min. 4 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit «FI».
Dosierung
S.c. Inj. in Bauch oder Oberschenkel; Umstellung von der i.v. Therapie «FI».
Systemischer Lupus erythematodes: >18 J.: 1×/Wo. 200 mg.
Lupusnephritis (bei erstmaliger Therapie mit Benlysta): >18 J.: 1×/Wo. 400 mg (bei Verabreichung im gleichen Bereich: beide Einzeldosen von 200 mg im Abstand von min. 5 cm injizieren) für 4 Dosen, dann 1×/Wo. 200 mg.
Lupusnephritis (bei Fortsetzung der Therapie mit Benlysta): >18 J.: 1×/Wo. 200 mg.
