Kontraindikationen
Asthma, schweres COPD, Sinusbradykardie, Sick-Sinus-Syndrom, SA-Block, AV-Block II und III (ohne Herzschrittmacher), manifeste Herzinsuffizienz, kardiogener Schock. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
