Indikationen

Aktive Immunisierung gegen Pneumokokken-Infektionen 6 Wo.–5 J. und >65 J.

Dosierung

I.m. (Säuglinge: anterolateraler Oberschenkel; andere Patienten: M. deltoideus); evtl. s.c.
>65 J.: 1 einmalige Dosis.
2–5 J.: 1 einmalige Dosis (Abstand von min. 2 Mon. zu früherer niedriger-valenter Pneumokokken-Impfung).
12–23 Mon.: 2 Dosen im Abstand von min. 2 Mon.
7–11 Mon.: 2 Dosen im Abstand von min. 4 Wo., 3. Dosis >12 Mon. (Abstand von min. 2 Mon. nach 2. Dosis).
6 Wo.–6 Mon.: Grundimmunisierung mit 3 Dosen (inkl. für Frühgeborene <37 Schwangerschaftswochen): 3 Dosen im Abstand von 4–8 Wo., 1. Dosis ab einem Alter von 6 Wo.; Booster im Alter von 11–15 Mon. (Abstand von min. 2 Mon. nach 3. Dosis).
6 Wo.–6 Mon.: Grundimmunisierung mit 2 Dosen (ausser für Frühgeborene): 2 Dosen im Abstand von 8 Wo., 1. Dosis ab einem Alter von 6 Wo.; Booster im Alter von 11–15 Mon.
