CTLA-4-Inhibitoren
Indikationen
Inoperables hepatozelluläres Karzinom ohne systemische Vortherapie in Kombination mit Durvalumab.
Kontraindikationen
Fortpflanzung bei der Frau (bis min. 3 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit (bis min. 3 Mon. nach Therapie).
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über 1 h (mit gering proteinbindendem Filter 0,2–0,22 µm) nach Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% oder Glucose 5% (Endkonzentration: 0,1–10 mg/ml).
>18 J. und ≥30 kg: 1. Zyklus: Tag 1: 300 mg als Einmaldosis in Kombination mit 1500 mg Durvalumab, gefolgt von 1500 mg Durvalumab alle 4 Wo. als Monotherapie.
>18 J. und <30 kg: 1. Zyklus: Tag 1: 4 mg/kg als Einmaldosis in Kombination mit 20 mg/kg Durvalumab, gefolgt von 20 mg/kg Durvalumab alle 4 Wo. als Monotherapie.
