Indikationen
Mittelschwere bis schwere atopische Dematitis ab 12 J. und ≥40 kg, wenn topische Medikamente keine Krankheitskontrolle ermöglichen oder nicht empfohlen sind.
Dosierung
S.c. Inj. (Oberschenkel, Bauchdecke ausserhalb von 5 cm um den Bauchnabel herum, Oberarm), für jede Inj. zu 250 mg andere Injektionsstelle verwenden.
>12 J. und ≥40 kg: initial: 500 mg in den Wo. 0 und 2, dann alle 2 Wo. 250 mg, Erhalt (sobald klinisches Ansprechen erreicht ist): alle 4 Wo. 250 mg.
