GABAPENTIN Mepha Teva Kaps 300 mg (iH 06/26)

Partielle Epilepsie ab 3 J. als Zusatztherapie und ab 12 J. auch als Monotherapie, neuropathische (diabetische oder postherpetische) Schmerzen ab 18 J.

Fortpflanzung bei der Frau, Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.

Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
Partielle Epilepsie (Mono-, Zusatztherapie), >12 Jahre
Ohne Titration: ab 1. Tag: 3×tgl. 300 mg, dann evtl. Tagesdosis alle 3–4 Wo. um max. 400 mg erhöhen, max. 2400 mg tgl. in 3 Gaben.
Mit Titration, Zieldosis 900 mg: 1. Tag: 300 mg in 1 oder 3 Gaben, 2. Tag: 2×300 mg, ab 3. Tag: 3×tgl. 300 mg, dann evtl. Tagesdosis alle 3–4 Wo. um max. 400 mg erhöhen, max. 2400 mg tgl. in 3 Gaben.
Mit Titration, Zieldosis 1200 mg: 1. Tag: 1×400 mg, 2. Tag: 2×400 mg, ab 3. Tag: 3×tgl. 400 mg, dann evtl. Tagesdosis alle 3–4 Wo. um max. 400 mg erhöhen, max. 2400 mg tgl. in 3 Gaben.
Partielle Epilepsie (Zusatztherapie), 3–12 Jahre
Mit Titration: 1. Tag: 10 mg/kg in 1 Gabe, Tag 2: 20 mg/kg in 2 Gaben, ab 3. Tag: 30 mg/kg/Tag in 3 Gaben, max. 40 mg/kg/Tag in 3 Gaben.
Neuropathische Schmerzen, >18 Jahre
Ohne Titration: ab 1. Tag: 3×tgl. 300 mg, Erhalt: 900–3600 mg tgl. in 3 Gaben.
Mit Titration: 1. Tag: 300 mg in 1 oder 3 Gaben, 2. Tag: 2×300 mg, ab 3. Tag: 3×tgl. 300 mg, Erhalt: 900–3600 mg tgl. in 3 Gaben.
