Therapie
Mycophenolsäure
Indikationen
Abstossungsprophylaxe nach Nierentransplantation, Lebertransplantation oder Herztransplantation in Kombination mit Kortikosteroiden und Ciclosporin.
Kontraindikationen
Fortpflanzung sowie Geschlechtsverkehr ohne Kondom bei Männern (inkl. nach Vasektomie) und/oder ihren Partnerinnen (bis min. 90 Tage nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft (bis 6 Wo. nach Therapie), Stillzeit.
Dosierung
Nüchtern (bei stabilem Nierentransplantat evtl. mit dem Essen).
Nierentransplantation
>18 J.: 2(–3) g tgl. in 2 Gaben.
3 Mon.–18 J.: 2×tgl. 600 mg/m2, max. 2 g tgl., feste Formen: 1,25–1,5 m2: 2×tgl. 750 mg (Kaps.), >1,5 m2: 2×tgl. 1 g (Kaps. oder Tabl.).
Lebertransplantation, Herztransplantation
>18 J.: 2×tgl. 1,5 g.
