Risque de glaucome à angle fermé; grossesse «IPr», allaitement; <18 ans.
Posologie
I.m. après reconstitution avec 2,1 ml d'eau p. inj. (concentration: 5 mg/ml), max. 3 inj./24 h.
18–60 ans: 1×5–10 mg, év. répéter au plus tôt après 2 h et 4 h après la 2e inj., max. 20 mg/j.
>60 ans: 1×2,5–5 mg, év. répéter après 2 h, max. 20 mg/j.
