Contre-indications
Insuffisance rénale sévère, choc, hypernatrémie, hyperphosphatémie, déshydratation.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. de min. 8 h après dilution; p.ex. max. 10 ml dans 1000 ml glucose 5% (+10 mmol Ca2+), max. 20 ml dans 1000 ml glucose 20% (+20 mmol Ca2+), max. 60 ml dans 1000 ml glucose 50% (+24 mmol Ca2+).
Adultes: généralement 10–20 ml/j.
Enfants, nouveau-nés: 1–1,5 mmol/kg/j.
