Galactosémie, intolérance au lactose, obstruction gastro-intestinale, perforation gastro-intestinale.
Posologie
Constipation
En 1–2 prises.
>14 ans: 15–45 ml/j. pendant 3 j., puis 10–25 ml/j.
7–14 ans: 15 ml/j. pendant 3 j., puis 10 ml/j.
1–7 ans: 5–10 ml/j.
<1 an: jusqu'à 5 ml/j.
Encéphalopathie
Adultes: au début: 30–50 ml 3×/j., puis adapter pour obtenir 2–3 selles molles/j.
