ONDANSETRON ODT Sandoz cpr orodisp 8 mg

Nausées et vomissements provoqués par une chimiothérapie cytotoxique ou par la radiothérapie.

En association à l'apomorphine; procréation chez la femme (jusqu'à 2 j. après le traitement), grossesse, allaitement.

>18 ans
Chimiothérapie très émétisante: après perf. i.v., max. 8 mg toutes les 12 h pendant 3(–max. 5) j.
Chimiothérapie modérément émétisante/radiothérapie: i.v. immédiatement avant la thérapie ou 8 mg p.o. 1–2 h avant la thérapie, puis max. 8 mg toutes les 12 h pendant max. 5 j.
6 mois–17 ans
Chimiothérapie: >2 ans: jour 1 i.v.; jours 2+3(–5): >1,2 m²: 8 mg toutes les 8 h; 0,6–1,2 m²: 4 mg toutes les 8 h; 6 mois–2 ans: i.v. «IPr».
