Hypertension, prévention des crises dans l'angor stable, angor de Prinzmetal.

Contre-indications

Hypotension sévère, choc (y c. cardiogène), obstacle à l'éjection ventriculaire gauche, insuffisance cardiaque hémodynamiquement instable après infarctus aigu du myocarde; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.

Posologie

>18 ans: au début: 5 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 10 mg 1×/j.
