Crise d'asthme, glaucome, HBP avec urine résiduelle, phéochromocytome, porphyrie, hypokaliémie, hypomagnésémie, arythmies, syndrome du QT long congénital, en association aux IMAO ou à l'alcool, épilepsie; grossesse, allaitement; <16 ans.
