DORMICUM 5 mg/5ml i.v., i.m., rectale

Sédation avant des interventions, sédation de longue durée en soins intensifs, prémédication, induction et maintien de l'anesthésie, en association à la kétamine chez l'enfant.

Grossesse «IPr», allaitement (jusqu'à 24 h après administration).

Prémédication
Adultes <60 ans: i.v. lente: 1–2 mg, év. répéter; i.m.: 0,07–0,1 mg/kg 20–60 min avant l'anesthésie.
>60 ans, patients à risque: i.v. lente: au début 0,5 mg, év. augmenter lentement; i.m.: 0,025–0,05 mg/kg 20–60 min avant l'anesthésie.
1–15 ans: i.m. (2e choix): 0,08–0,2 mg/kg 30–60 min avant l'anesthésie.
Enfants >6 mois: rectale: 0,3–0,5 mg/kg 20–30 min avant l'anesthésie.
Sédation avant interventions
13–60 ans: i.v. lente: au début 2–2,5 mg 5–10 min avant l'intervention, dose de titration: 1 mg, dose totale: (3,5–)5(–7,5) mg.
>60 ans, patients à risque: i.v. lente: au début 0,5–1 mg 5–10 min avant l'intervention, dose de titration: 0,5–1 mg, dose totale: max. 3,5 mg.
6–13 ans: i.v. lente: au début 0,025–0,05 mg/kg en 2–3 min, dose totale: jusqu'à 0,4 mg/kg, max. 10 mg.
6 mois–6 ans: i.v. lente: au début 0,05–0,1 mg/kg en 2–3 min, dose totale: jusqu'à 0,6 mg/kg, max. 6 mg.
1–15 ans: i.m. (2e choix): 0,05–0,15 mg/kg 5–10 min avant l'intervention.
Enfants >6 mois: rectale: 0,3–0,5 mg/kg.
