Indications
Anesthésie loco-régionale.
Sol. avec conservateur: anesthésie par infiltration et blocs nerveux (sauf blocs intra- et rétrobulbaire).
Contre-indications
Hypovolémie, bloc cardiaque, troubles de la conduction, choc, myasthénie; grossesse «IPr».
Posologie
Blocs nerveux avec sol. avec conservateur: max. 15 ml.
Adultes: max. 4,5 mg/kg (max. 300 mg).
Enfants (5 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml): max. 4,5 mg/kg (max. 300 mg).
