Prévention et traitement de l'hypophosphatémie, correction rapide d'une hypercalcémie, substitution potassique.
Contre-indications
Hyperphosphatémie, hyperkaliémie, hypocalcémie, insuffisance rénale.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. comme additif à une sol. pour perf.
Adultes
Kaliémie >2,5 mmol/l: max. 200 mmol K+/j., max. 40 mmol K+/l sol. pour perf., max. 10 mmol/h.
Kaliémie <2,0 mmol/l: max. 400 mmol K+/j., max. 80 mmol K+/l sol. pour perf., max. 40 mmol/h.
Enfants
Max. 3 mmol/kg/j. ou 40 mmol/m2/j.
