Contre-indications
Thyréotoxicose, bloc AV III, allongement de l'intervalle QT, tachyarythmies, cardiomyopathie hypertrophique obstructive; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
Posologie
Asthme
Intervalle entre 2 caps. pour inhal. consécutives: env. 2 min.
>18 ans: prévention de la bronchoconstriction à l'effort: 12(–24) µg min. 15 min avant l'effort; entretien: 12 µg 2×/j., év. augmenter à 24 µg 2×/j., max. 48 µg/j.
6–18 ans: prévention de la bronchoconstriction à l'effort: 12 µg min. 15 min avant l'effort; entretien: 12 µg 2×/j., max. 24 µg/j.
BPCO
>18 ans: 12–24 µg 2×/j.
