Contre-indications

Trouble du métabolisme des acides aminés, métabolisme instable, hyperglycémie nécessitant >6 U d'insuline/h, taux sériques élevés d'électrolytes, hémorragie cérébrale, hémorragie de la moelle épinière, choc, hypoxie, acidose, coma d'étiologie inconnue, insuffisance hépatique sévère, insuffisance rénale sévère avec oligo-/anurie non dialysée, hyperhydratation, diabète insipide non traité, en association à des doses élevées de glucosides cardiotoniques, oedème pulmonaire aigu, insuffisance cardiaque manifeste; allaitement; <2 ans.

Posologie

Perf. i.v. continue par cathéter veineux central.
>18 ans: 17–40 ml/kg/j., max. 1,6 ml/kg/h.
12–18 ans: 20–42 ml/kg/j., max. 1,8 ml/kg/h.
5–12 ans: >30 kg: 20–42 ml/kg/j., 20–30 kg: 21–42 ml/kg/j., max. 1,8 ml/kg/h.
2–5 ans: 21–42 ml/kg/j., max. 1,8 ml/kg/h.
