Contre-indications
Hypertension sévère, coronaropathie grave, trouble sévère de la fonction hépatique, hépatite aiguë, insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), épilepsie; en association aux IMAO, aux sympathomimétiques ou à un médicament sérotoninergique; maladie de Gilbert, intolérance au fructose; grossesse «IPr», allaitement; <2 ans.
Posologie
>12 ans: 1 cp. eff. dans 1,5 dl d'eau chaude jusqu'à max. 4×/j., intervalle entre 2 prises: 6 h.
