Indicazioni
Cancer colorectal métastatique présentant le gène RAS de type sauvage en association avec FOLFOX ou FOLFIRI (1er choix) ou avec FOLFIRI après une chimiothérapie à base de fluoropyrimidine (excluant l'irinotécan) (2e choix) ou en monothérapie après échec de la chimiothérapie à base de fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatine et irinotécan.
Controindicazioni
Pneumopathie interstitielle, fibrose pulmonaire, en association à une chimiothérapie à base d'oxaliplatine chez les patients présentant une mutation RAS ou un statut RAS inconnu; procréation chez la femme (jusqu'à 2 mois après le traitement), grossesse «IPr», allaitement (jusqu'à 2 mois après le traitement) «IPr».
Posologia
Perf. i.v. par pompe à perfusion (avec filtre in-line de 0,2 ou 0,22 µm) après dilution dans NaCl 0,9%, volume total 100 ml (doses >1000 mg dans 150 ml); max. 10 mg/ml; 1ère perf. sur env. 60 min, en cas de bonne tolérance perf. suivantes sur env. 30–60 min, doses >1000 mg sur env. 90 min.
>18 ans: 6 mg/kg toutes les 2 sem.
