Controindicazioni
Insuffisance hépatique sévère; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.

Inj. s.c.
>18 ans: au début: 0,6 mg 2×/j, év. augmenter après 1 mois à 0,9 mg 2×/j., év. diminution passagère de la dose par paliers de 0,3 mg 2×/j.
