Indicazioni
Rachitisme, ostéomalacie, hypoparathyroïdie chronique (2e choix), carence en vitamine D, prévention d'une carence en vitamine D en cas de malabsorption.
Controindicazioni
Hypercalcémie, hypercalciurie, hypervitaminose D, pseudohypoparathyroïdie, tendance à la formation de calculs rénaux contenant du calcium.
Posologia
Rachitisme
Calcium en complément.
1–2 ans: 0,8–1,4 ml/j. pendant 12 sem., puis 0,15 ml/j.
<1 an: 0,4–0,6 ml/j. pendant 12 sem., puis 0,1 ml/j.
Ostéomalacie
Calcium en complément.
0,4–1,4 ml/j., alternative 2,6 ml/j. pendant 7–10 j., puis individuelle.
Hypoparathyroïdie chronique
Individuelle selon calcémie.
6,2–50 ml/j.
Enfants: 0,5 ml/kg/j.
Carence en vitamine D (25–50 nmol/l ou 10–20 ng/ml)
>18 ans: 0,2–0,4 ml/j.
1–18 ans: 0,15–0,2 ml/j.
<1 an: 0,1–0,2 ml/j.
Grossesse et allaitement: 0,2–0,4 ml/j.
Carence sévère en vitamine D (<25 nmol/l ou <10 ng/ml)
>18 ans: 0,4–0,5 ml/j.
1–18 ans: 0,15–0,25 ml/j.
<1 an: 0,1–0,25 ml/j.
Grossesse et allaitement: 0,4–0,5 ml/j.
Prévention en cas de malabsorption
>18 ans: 0,8–1,4 ml/j.
<18 ans: individuelle.
