Indicazioni
Perte hydrique, déshydratation hypertonique, hypersalémie, hypoglycémie, apport d'hydrates de carbone, solution vectrice.
Controindicazioni
Hyperglycémie, déshydratation hypotonique, hypokaliémie (sans substitution), hyperhydratation.
Dès 10% en plus: acidose, hémorragie intracrânienne, anurie, coma hépatique, hyperosmolarité sérique, en association aux corticoïdes ou à l'ACTH.
Posologia
Perf. i.v.
Adultes: individuelle, max. 0,5 g glucose/kg/h, max. 6 g glucose/kg/j., 5%: max. 2000 ml/j. dans la routine clinique.
Enfants: «IPr».
