Indicazioni
Prévention des nausées et vomissements lors de chimiothérapie modérément à hautement émetisante en association à un antagoniste 5-HT3 et à la dexaméthasone.
Controindicazioni
En association à thioridazine ou pimozide; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
Posologia
Indépendamment des repas, intervalle entre 2 doses: 2 sem.
Chimiothérapie hautement émétisante: >18 ans: jour 1: 180 mg dans les 2 h précédant la chimiothérapie, antagoniste 5-HT3: jour 1: «IPr», dexaméthasone p.o.: jour 1: 20 mg 30 min avant la chimiothérapie, jours 2–4: 8 mg 2×/j.
Chimiothérapie modérément émétisante: >18 ans: 180 mg dans les 2 h précédant la chimiothérapie, antagoniste 5-HT3: «IPr», dexaméthasone p.o.: 20 mg 30 min avant la chimiothérapie.
