OMEPRAZOL Zentiva cpr pell 20 mg (hc 03/26)

Ulcère gastroduodénal (y c. prévention), oesophagite de reflux (y c. prévention), syndrome de Zollinger-Ellison, éradication de l'Helicobacter pylori (avec 2 antibiotiques), ulcères et érosions dus aux AINS, reflux gastro-oesophagien symptomatique, dyspepsie acido-dépendante.

1×/j. le matin.
>12 ans
Ulcère duodénal: normalement: 20 mg pendant 2–4 sem.; réponse insuffisante à d'autres traitements: 40 mg pendant 4 sem.; prévention: 20–40 mg.
Ulcère gastrique: normalement: 20 mg pendant 4–8 sem.; réponse insuffisante à d'autres traitements: 40 mg pendant 8 sem.; prévention: 20 mg, év. augmenter à 40 mg.
Oesophagite de reflux: normalement: 20 mg pendant 4–8 sem.; réponse insuffisante à d'autres traitements: 40 mg pendant 8 sem.; prévention: 10 mg, év. augmenter à 20–40 mg.
Ulcères et érosions dus aux AINS: 20 mg pendant 4–8 sem., év. augmenter à 40 mg; prévention: 20 mg.
H. pylori: 20 mg 2×/j. ou 40 mg 1×/j. pendant 1 sem. (antibiotiques «IPr»), év. répéter.
Reflux symptomatique: 20 mg pendant max. 4 sem.
Dyspepsie: 10 mg pendant max. 4 sem.
Zollinger-Ellison: au début 60 mg 1×/j., puis individuelle, généralement 20–120 mg/j., >80 mg/j.: en 2 prises.
<12 ans
Durée du traitement: 4–max. 8 sem.
Oesophagite de reflux: ≥20 kg: 20 mg, év. augmenter à 40 mg, <20 kg (>5 mois): 1 mg/kg/j., év. augmenter à 1,4 mg/kg/j., ≤5 mois: 0,5 mg/kg/j., év. augmenter à 1 mg/kg/j.
