Controindicazioni
Ulcères gastroduodénaux évolutifs, saignements gastro-intestinaux actifs, maladie intestinale inflammatoire, trouble sévère de la fonction hépatique, insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), insuffisance cardiaque (NYHA II-IV), coronaropathie, maladie cérébrovasculaire, artériopathie périphérique oblitérante; douleurs postopératoires après pontage coronarien, utilisation d'une machine coeur-poumons ou angioplastie; pression artérielle persistante >140/90 mmHg; grossesse, allaitement; <16 ans.
Posologia
Indépendamment des repas.
>16 ans: 30 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 60 mg 1×/j.
