Indicazioni
Substitution liquidienne et électrolytiques en l'absence de trouble acido-basique ou lors de légère acidose, substitution volumique à court terme, déshydratation isotonique ou hypotonique.
Controindicazioni
Oedèmes, déshydratation hypertonique, insuffisance rénale sévère, hyperhydratation, alcalose, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée, hyperkaliémie.
Posologia
Perf. i.v.
Adultes: individuelle, max. 5 ml/kg/h; max. 40 ml/kg/j.
Enfants >20 kg: 1500 ml/j. + 20 ml/kg/j. pour chaque kg >20 kg, filles max. 2000 ml/j., garçons max. 2500 ml/j.
10–20 kg: 1000 ml/j. + 50 ml/kg/j. pour chaque kg >10 kg.
>1 mois et <10 kg: 100 ml/kg/j.
