Indicazioni
Prévention et traitement de l'hypotension lors d'anesthésie générale, rachidienne ou péridurale; tachycardie paroxysmale supraventriculaire.
Controindicazioni
Hypertension sévère, tachycardie ventriculaire, glaucome à angle fermé; allaitement.
Posologia
Perf. i.v. ou inj. i.v. lente.
Hypotension légère à modérée
Inj. i.v.: >18 ans: au début 50(–max 100) µg en bolus lent, répéter jusqu'à l'obtention de l'effet désiré.
Perf. i.v.: >18 ans: au début 25–50(–180) µg/min, puis 25–100 µg/min.
Anesthésie, tachycardie: «IPr».
