Indicazioni
Prurit cholestatique en cas de syndrome d'Alagille dès 3 mois ou en cas d'une cholestase intrahépatique progressive familiale (PFIC) dès 12 mois.
Controindicazioni
Décompensation hépatique (y c. anamnèse), insuffisance hépatique sévère ou insuffisance rénale sévère lors de PFIC.
Posologia
Le matin, 30 min avant un repas.
Syndrome d'Alagille: >3 mois: 190 µg/kg 1×/j. pendant 7 j., dès 8e j.: 380 µg/kg 1×/j.; >70 kg: max. 28,5 mg/j.
PFIC: 12 mois–5 ans: 285 µg/kg 1×⁄j., év. augmenter à max. 2×/j. 285 µg⁄kg; >5 ans: 285 µg⁄kg 1×/j., év. augmenter à max. 2×⁄j. 285–570 µg⁄kg, >50 kg: max. 57 mg⁄j.
