Indicazioni
Induction/maintien de l'anesthésie (1–12 ans seulement maintien), analgésie postopératoire, analgésie et sédation des insuffisants hépatiques ou rénaux sous ventilation jusqu'à max. 72 h.
Posologia
I.v. après reconstitution avec p.ex. eau pour inj. ou NaCl 0,9% (concentration: 1 mg/ml); concentration finale pour perf. contrôlée manuellement: 20–250 µg/ml «IPr», TCI chez l'adulte.: 20–50 µg/ml.
Anesthésie générale: adultes (induction chez les patients ventilés): 1 µg/kg en 30 s, puis individuelle «IPr»; 1–12 ans (maintien de l'anesthésie): au début 1 µg/kg en perf. d'un bolus, puis individuelle «IPr».
