En association à des doses max. de statines:
>18 ans: hypercholestérolémie, réduction du risque d'événements cardiovasculaires en cas de risque cardiovasculaire élevé.
10–18 ans: hypercholestérolémie familiale homozygote ou hétérozygote.
Posologia
Inj. s.c. (ventre, cuisse ou bras); 420 mg: 3×140 mg en 30 min.
Réduction du risque d'événements cardiovasculaires: >18 ans: 140 mg toutes les 2 sem. ou 420 mg 1×/mois.
Hypercholestérolémie: >10 ans (10–18 ans: hypercholestérolémie familiale homozygote ou hétérozygote): au début 140 mg toutes les 2 sem. ou 420 mg 1×/mois, puis év. augmenter à 420 mg toutes les 2 sem.; patients sous aphérèse: év. débuter par 420 mg toutes les 2 sem.
